Rob joined the RevMedica Board of Directors in 2023, and is a Partner at Telegraph Hill Partners (THP). Prior to joining THP, Rob most recently worked as a Partner at Trinity Life Sciences, a consultancy focused on evidence-based clinical and commercial development strategy across therapeutics, diagnostics, and medical technology sectors. Rob worked as a strategy consultant for a total of 10 years, partnering with emerging biotechnology & medical technology companies as well as large, global organizations to inform key decisions on clinical development, launch strategy, market development, brand lifecycle strategy, and promotional campaign development. Prior to working as a strategy consultant, Rob worked at Telegraph Hill Partners for four years as an Associate, working on market analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio company initiatives. Prior to working as an Associate at Telegraph Hill Partners, Rob worked as an analyst at Seven Hill Partners, a boutique investment banking firm focused on life sciences and technology verticals. Rob represents THP on the boards of Cell Microsystems and Emerging Therapy Solutions. Rob holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA with honors from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Gary joined the RevMedica Board of Directors in 2023, and is a Venture Partner at Telegraph Hill Partners (THP). Gary has worked in the healthcare and medical device industry since 1981, including fifteen years as a senior executive in four private equity-backed ventures. Gary began his career in healthcare with United States Surgical, where he spent 22 years in commercial-facing roles, including Vice President of Sales Operations and Distribution Sales for Tyco Healthcare following the acquisition of USS. Gary served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Accellent, where he led the Sales and Marketing strategy through the acquisition and integration of MedSource Technologies and led the re-branding of the combined organization through its acquisition by Kohlberg, Kravis, and Roberts in 2005. Gary then joined THP’s portfolio company Interface Catheter Solutions, as President and CEO. He led strategic growth into contract manufacturing and through the acquisition by NDC/Confluent Medical. Gary was President of Trelyst, focused on developing silicone-based combination drug-delivery devices and acquired by Avantor in 2016. Gary has served as a Venture Partner for Telegraph Hill Partners since 2017 and has represented THP on the boards of Medpricer as Executive Chairman, Argonaut Manufacturing Services, Dynex Technologies, InvisALERT, and Emerging Therapy Solutions.

Tim joined the RevMedica executive team in 2022. He has over 30 years’ experience as a venture capitalist investing in early stage companies in the healthcare industry, including numerous medical device start-ups that have gone on to become publicly traded companies or sold to strategic buyers, including, General Surgical Innovations, Imagyn Medical Technologies, Advanced Surgical, Revivant, Vascular Pathways, Mevion and Avitus. Tim has been investing in private equity since joining the Schroder Ventures US operation in 1984. He went on to form Collinson Howe Venture Partners (“CHVP”) in 1990, which has managed multiple funds under the names CHL Medical Partners, Biotechnology Investment Group LLC, and HealthInvest Equity Partners, L.P. He has served on over 30 private and public corporate boards. Tim currently serves as President of CHVP, director of Medtel.com Inc., and Venture Partner at Connecticut Innovations. Tim is a graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he was an Adjunct Assistant Professor for 17 years teaching Venture Capital Management.

Robert joined the RevMedica Board of Directors in 2023. He is a serial entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and life science industries. Robert has a proven record of building teams and companies from concept through commercialization and successful exit. He is an EY Entrepreneur of The Year™. Robert is currently the Executive Chairman of Fifth Eye Medical and an Operating Partner at Havencrest Healthcare Partners. He is also serves as a Non-Executive Board Director at TSC Life and Synopsis Medical, and a strategic adviser to Creo Medical and Rhaeos. Robert founded, built and led Medivance, Inc. (acquired by BD) and Virocyt, Inc. (acquired by Sartorius) to successful exits as well as Bolder Surgical (acquired by Hologic), for which he was Chairman and CEO. Robert has held senior management positions at Pfizer and Covidien and earned a MBA from the University of Colorado, a MS in Microbiology from the University of Illinois and a BA in chemistry from Colorado College.

With over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry and a wealth of expertise in engineering and product development, Tom has established himself as a global leader in the field. He possesses over 100 issued patents, a testament to his innovative contributions to the industry. Tom's accomplishments speak to his ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation in the medical device industry. At RevMedica, Tom leads the development of a novel, handheld robotic solution intended to optimize clinical decision-making and improve patient safety with a cost-effective and environmentally friendly surgical system. Under his leadership, RevMedica has amassed a robust patent portfolio, assembled a team of key advisers, and successfully demonstrated the feasibility of RevMedica’s core design. Tom’s visionary leadership extends beyond product development. He has played a pivotal role in shaping RevMedica's strategic direction, building a talented team, and securing funding to support the company's growth.
