Thomas Wenchell
Tom co-founded RevMedica in 2017, with the vision to revolutionize surgical procedures. With over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry and a wealth of expertise in engineering and product development, Tom has established himself as a global leader in the field. He possesses over 100 issued patents, a testament to his innovative contributions to the industry. Tom's accomplishments speak to his ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation in the medical device industry. At RevMedica, Tom leads the development of a novel, handheld robotic solution intended to optimize clinical decision-making and improve patient safety with a cost-effective and environmentally friendly surgical system. Under his leadership, RevMedica has amassed a robust patent portfolio, assembled a team of key advisers, and successfully demonstrated the feasibility of RevMedica’s core design. Tom’s visionary leadership extends beyond product development. He has played a pivotal role in shaping RevMedica's strategic direction, building a talented team, and securing funding to support the company's growth. His hands-on approach to every aspect of the business underscores his dedication to ensuring the success of RevMedica.
Director of Quality
Joseph Leveillee
Joe joined the RevMedica executive team in 2023. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven and 18 years of Medical Device experience. Joe is an expert in Quality Assurance and has diverse experience from his involvement in all phases of product lifecycle for many disposable and reusable medical devices, both from Covidien (Medtronic) as well as others. Joe always holds patient safety at the center of his focus and has followed the pursuit of improving clinical outcomes throughout his career.

Steve Lampkin
Steve joined the RevMedica executive team in 2024. He is a seasoned business leader known for his strategic vision and execution capabilities. With a career over two decades, Steve has held key roles in various industries, demonstrating a consistent drive for growth and innovation. Most recently, Steve served as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Prosidyan, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in a successful exit in 2022. Since then, he has consulted with several companies helping to develop and refine their go-to-market strategy. His extensive experience also includes leadership positions at United States Surgical Corporation, Johnson & Johnson/DePuy Synthes Spine and Paradigm Spine, LLC.

Tim Howe
Tim joined the RevMedica executive team in 2022. He has over 30 years’ experience as a venture capitalist investing in early stage companies in the healthcare industry, including numerous medical device start-ups that have gone on to become publicly traded companies or sold to strategic buyers, including, General Surgical Innovations, Imagyn Medical Technologies, Advanced Surgical, Revivant, Vascular Pathways, Mevion and Avitus. Tim has been investing in private equity since joining the Schroder Ventures US operation in 1984. He went on to form Collinson Howe Venture Partners (“CHVP”) in 1990, which has managed multiple funds under the names CHL Medical Partners, Biotechnology Investment Group LLC, and HealthInvest Equity Partners, L.P. He has served on over 30 private and public corporate boards. Tim currently serves as President of CHVP, director of Medtel.com Inc., and Venture Partner at Connecticut Innovations. Tim is a graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia Graduate School of Business, where he was an Adjunct Assistant Professor for 17 years teaching Venture Capital Management.
